Evenflow was born during the chaos of 2020, when global supply chains collapsed and communication failures made every crisis worse. After spending months helping organizations source critical PPE, founder Joe Hudicka realized the real problem wasn’t actually the supply; it was communication. So, we built a platform that helps systems connect and people work smarter together.

Meet Joe

Founder. Innovator. Educator. With 25 years in the global supply chain industry, Joe Hudicka is a recognized leader in business transformation. As a published author and international speaker, he’s driven innovation in business process design, intelligence, and tech strategy.

Joe serves on Rider University’s Advisory Board for Entrepreneurial and Analytics Studies, is an Entrepreneur in Residence, and teaches global supply, product innovation, and entrepreneurship at both the undergrad and MBA levels.

With Evenflow, Joe is reimagining how businesses communicate—blending creativity, technology, and education to fuel meaningful change. His mission: innovate, educate, inspire.
